Kelly Yuen
Product Designer @ Zeta Global · Data Layer & Forecasting Pods
I design AI products for trust and human agency, for the quiet users and the technical experts. My path here was non-linear: clinical operations and cell biology research before product design at Zeta Global. That clinical background is why I push back on AI-first patterns that replace human judgment.
Selected Work
I designed the platform's home for AI recommendations, giving marketers enough visibility into each suggestion to act with confidence. I picked up a direction others had shaped for months and steered it to launch.
I consolidated forecasting workflows scattered across separate tabs into one canvas where marketers compare scenarios before committing budget. I shaped the concept from vague, shifting directions into something solid enough to build for a main-stage demo.
I designed the platform's proactive AI pattern, shifting the assistant from waiting on the user to surfacing timely recommendations on its own. It introduced AI-initiated interaction to a platform where every action waited on a prompt.
